Fish Pie is my favourite comfort food, but as most other members of my family were not so keen, I rarely indulged! This is everything I think a fish pie should be, and we challenge you to find a creamier fish pie than ours. We’ve spent a long time perfecting this recipe of haddock, salmon, smoked haddock and prawns in a creamy spinach sauce topped with buttery mashed potato. We haven’t scrimped on the amount of fish, we dare you to try it and see! Tuck in and… enjoy!
