This NEW Baby Wellbeing course is designed for new parents and caregivers to help support you on this journey called parenthood. Wellbeing is so important for us all, especially in the early months of caring for a new bundle of joy.
Weekly use of baby weighing scales, expert guidance, hints, and tips on a variety of subjects but most importantly a local support network of friends that will hopefully last a lifetime.
Brief Course Content
Week One, 25th October: Introduction, meet the group, weigh your baby, Q & A
Week Two, 1st November: First aid for babies and toddlers, Baby Proofing your home.
Week Three, 8th November: SLEEP, (what’s that ?!) comfort, routines, disturbed sleep patterns,
Week Four, 15th November: Introduction to preparing tasty foods and feeding your baby.
Week Five, 22nd November: Baby Massage taster session and goodie bag
Week Six, 29th November: Tiny Yoga (babies not parents) taster session
Bonus week, 6th December: Social week, coffee cake, final Q & A
